“He shall give you another Comforter, that He may abide with you forever; even the Spirit of truth.” John 14 v 16, 17
My Lord, my God, my King,
I give You thanks,
Sincerest thanks from a deeply grateful heart. I can bring You myself
With everything that needs healing.
All that afflicts me,
Even that which is most seriously damaging, All that conflict between us
To imperil our relationship,
This must form part
A vital part, of my prayer’s offering. Suffering has been dealt with
In the most amazing way
Upon the † of the Lord Jesus. Therefore there is on offer According to Your mercy, Father,
A new identity for me
And all we who as family,
Approach the throne of mercy.
What comfort there is in prayer
Where we share Your Spirit’s uplifting. Tranquillity is found there
With the realisation that it is
Very definitely, alright to be me!
Why? Because Your Spirit, Father,
Is teaching me prayer by prayer,
More and more regarding the working, Marvellous working of transforming love. All that could not be,
The pursuit of the holy,
Has become a blessed possibility in Christ Jesus.
“ ‘This is My Son, the Beloved, He enjoys My favour. Listen to Him’.”
I have been set free
To claim my new identity
Under the †of the Lord Jesus.
My badge of belonging is prayer,
For prayer is where we share life together. My Saviour Brother takes on my failings That although satan is still assailing me, In the Trinity I have the victory.
It is both a privilege and a responsibility
Matthew 17 v 5

To come before the throne of grace
To ask for mercy, help and healing, Knowing it is fine to be me
For I am set at liberty to seek the holy. Serenity is in the sense of recompense,
An experiential knowledge of well being Seeing in prayer, Your healing, Father. Prayer is where we dare to claim acceptance, Deliverance through the Lord Jesus. Forgiveness is such an amazing blessing.
A sense of vitality is on offer
Spelling out the message that failing
Is now no longer a catastrophe.
Our personality previously formed and shaped, By You who wants only the best,
Has now been reformed, reshaped
To be that which is worthy of pursuing nobility. Nobility is our ability to care for others
For we understand exactly how it is
That we have been loved into holiness. This too undoubtedly, is the victory of the †. Compassion re-fashions us, all to Your glory. Lord God Almighty, how gracious You are.
“ ‘No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgement you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their
righteousness is from Me’, says the LORD.”

“Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” Romans 12 v 21
And how can this be? “Christ has saved us from the curse of not being able to obey the
law perfectly by becoming a curse for us, for it is written ‘Everyone who is hung on a Galatians 3 v 13, 14 tree is cursed’. In this way He brought us back to God so that ...” as we learn to pray,

“...we might receive by faith the promise of receiving God’s Spirit.” Herein is our victory over all that is wrong. A blessed possibility of victory has been graced to us by the †, all praise, all thanks, all glory ever be.
Father, Your favour is Your friendship offered through the Lord Jesus by Your healing, sanctifying Spirit at work with us. It must be worth praying repeatedly, “Holy Spirit, soul of my soul I adore Thee; enlighten, guide, strengthen and console me; tell me what I ought to do and command me to do it. I promise to be submissive in everything that Thou shalt ask of me and to accept all that Thou permittest to happen to me, only show me what is Thy will.”
There is such healing in the repealing of the past and the securing of the future, a blessed possibility opened up prayer by prayer, in sharing that which is holy. Father, You are the God who provides all that is necessary for healing and well being. In the Lord Jesus I lack nothing. “The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters,” refreshing and calming me, setting me free from fear and anxiety. “He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.” How truly marvellous is this!
Lord God, heavenly Father, through Your Son, by Your Spirit, You love us into wholeness. Wholeness and holiness are inseparable and prayer is a blessed possibility providing the opening for Your grace and favour. “I will fear no evil for You are with me,” to help, to hold securely as in prayer I am learning to be the person You formed me to be. “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever,” for I have a Saviour.
“I resist the devil: all his pressures, his attacks, his deceptions and every
instrument or agent that he would seek to use against me. I do not submit! I resist
him, drive him from me and exclude him from me in the name of Jesus.” Evil no
longer has any hold over me. For this is Your promise Father, “ ‘I will put My Spirit within you,
and you shall live ...Then you shall know that I, the LORD, have spoken it and performed it’, says the LORD.”
Come Holy Spirit, the promise of the Lord Jesus. “ ‘If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed; and you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free’.” Holy Spirit of the Father, the promise of the Lord Jesus, You it is who shows me both the truth about myself and the truth of God’s love and mercy offered as a blessed possibility for help and healing, leading to wholeness and holiness in the Lord Jesus. To gain this knowledge it is vital to pray and You help me to do this too! Oh how I thank You for coming into my life, drawing me prayer by prayer closer to my Father through my Saviour Brother. “ ‘If the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed’,” a blessed possibility.
Yes, it is a promise to hold on to, that which the Lord Jesus pronounces when He says, “ ‘The Helper, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you’.” Gladly, gratefully I receive this offer of peace. Lord, I pray, I

watch, I wait, I pray again, expectantly with anticipation. My healing from all that is ill within me is in place.
“The way of the just is uprightness.” My place in Your family who are healed and made holy, is justified by the victory of the Lord Jesus. “O Most Upright, You weigh the path of the
just. Yes, in the way of Your judgments, O LORD, we have waited for You, the desire of our souls is for Your name.” Your name of mercy shaped as steadfast loving kindness, that which transforms life for us. “The desire of our soul is...for the remembrance of You,” and Your Spirit is the Teacher Helper.
“With my soul I have desired You in the night. Yes, by my spirit within me I will seek You early,” prayerfully first thing in the day and then as often as I remember to refer to You. Lord, please increase my progress in this. “For when Your judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness,” that ever blessed possibility of a share in the holiness of the Lord Jesus. Teach me to pray throughout the day.
For what do You say to me? “In returning,” to prayer “And rest,” from fear and worry, “You shall be saved. In quietness and confidence shall be Your strength.” I must take notice! “And in that day I will say, ‘O LORD, I will praise You, though You were angry with me, Your anger is turned away, and You comfort me. Behold, God is my salvation. I will trust and not be afraid; for YAH, the Lord, is my strength and my song; He also has become my salvation’.” “And all shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of
personalised things shall be well.” A blessed possibility becomes a promise. Thank You. Amen.
